WARM UP

STABILITY BALL V-PASS
Lie facing up on the floor and hold the ball overhead while keeping your legs together and completely extended on the floor. Then in one swift, single motion, brace your spine, lifting both your hands and feet together so as to place the ball between your legs. When the ball is now tightly tucked between your feet, lower your feet and hands to the floor. Repeat the motion, passing the back to and fro your legs to your hands remembering to do it as outlined above. Do that a dozen times in a single workout.
