Yummy Sausage Egg Boats

Here is way to make an amazing breakfast for you. You would absolutely love to eat this.

Ingredients:

8 eggs

4 demi sourdough baguettes

8 oz pepper jack cheese, grated

3 green onions, thinly sliced

salt and pepper, to taste

1 (7 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Sausage Links

1/2 cup heavy cream

How to make:

Cut the middle of each baguettes with a knife, carefully as not to cut through the bottom. Leave 1/2 inch from bottom and sides, make a hollow baguette. Now prepare a sausage.

In a bowl beat lightly the eggs and cream. Whisk other ingredients and sausage. Equally divide the material into two baguettes. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-28 minutes. After that allow them to cool then cut and serve.
